Masked! Wow, it has been ages since i posted.. simply nua-ing @ home. I am down with a bad cough and flu. For the past week, i don a mask at home (even when i sleep! Don wanna spread the virus!!). Cayden must be thinking how come got a ultraman (or shld i say ultrawoman) at home. Hope he does not forget how i look like when i take off my mask!! =.=''' . . . Shoots! Happened to hear Cayden cough yesterday night or was it that he "gek" then resulted in coughing???... Oh no... Told hub this morning and he says i am being paranoid... I hope i am wrong...I am being very careful le, donning a mask 24/7 till my face like become rough rough like that.. But then still not 100% foolproof as virus spreads very easily esp in this kinda weather + babies immune system still not strong yet... Sighhhh. Anyways i will monitor closely!!! . . Mosqitoes Bought mosqitoes patches in Kiddy palace early this week and finally paste it near Cayden's baby cot yesterday morning... But wait... i tot i pasted the patch already then how come this morning i noticed his left cheek got a mosqito bite? Aiyo... Are you kidding me??? Then what is the patch for!!?? . . Feeding sessions Cayden's drinking still has not improved. Whenever i see him with his unfinished milk, i will get worried. They say babies are clever and will not let themselves go hungry..but drinking only 45ml is a tad too little right???? He is already two months old leh... He should drink up to 110-120ml per drinking session at least right?? Tried to offer him the milk again and again, but does not interest him at all. What shall i do? End up, feed him with spoon. Not a good habit i know, but i can't bear to see him finish only 45ml leh.. His PD also say, alternative is to feed him using syringe or spoon. I cant wait for Cayden to turn 4 months, so can wean him and start to feed him with semi-solids. At least got more variety in his diet. . . Animal Farm Not animal farm, more like zoo!! haha.. Bought some rattle toys for Cayden and itchy hand me, placed them at his "yao lan"... haha.. When Cayden is in his yao lan, he will look at the animals intentively.. I also started acting as "Mr Lion" and talking to Cayden when he is being difficult. Heng ar, managed to get his attention and he will stop crying to look at Mr Lion. but i think, a few more times, he will not even bother to look at him anymore. Now Mr Lion is still a novelty for him.
Mr Lion:" Hello Cayden Lee Rui Fong, I am Mr Lion... Why are you crying?!" *Cayden looking on at Mr Lion* Mr Lion:" Are you a good boy?" *Cayden continued to look on* Mr Lion:" I shall give you a big kiss" Lion slowly approached Cayden and Muacks on his cheek. Cayden then turned away + stop crying! hahahaa...
